Beautiful but not comfortable
"Beautiful shoes that I had unrealistic comfort expectations for based on reviews. I think I would amend the description that these shoes are “comfortable” to saying they won’t give you blisters. They are still heels, and when I wore them to walk across the large campus where I work, they still hurt the ball of my foot and my toes. I did return the first pair and size up from my usual 37. 5 to a 38, but any larger would have been too big. I’ll keep them but only where them if I don’t have to walk much further than from my car to a seated event."

They actually are perfect!
"These pumps are well named bc they are perfect!! Pretty, great height, just the right amount of “toe cleavage” and the arch support makes them much more comfortable than any other pump I have worn. They are well-made and thought out - clearly designed by a woman that knows how awful pumps can be after a few hours of wearing them! But honestly the best part to me is their customer service. FedEx lost my order for over a week and when I reached out to Team SF for help since I needed the shoes for an event coming up quickly, not only did Lauren file a report with FedEx that prompted them to track my order down, but she also sent me a duplicate order in case the original one didn’t make it in time! This meant so much to me bc I was really out of time to find another pair locally. In the end both packages arrived on the same day - the day before my event! They fit perfectly and I ended up keeping these pumps and the kitten heel slings as well which are also fabulous. Thank you SF and particularly Lauren for being so kind and helpful!!! I’m telling all my friends to believe the hype - these shoes are great!"

Gorgeous Shoes Starry Night
"These shoes are so beautiful. They are made so well I don't see any issues with them. The beading is amazing. I waited 6 months for these shoes, and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. I've received compliments from those who saw them so far. They asked how they can get a pair. I'd love to see an offer again for these as I'd get another pair of the other design options. The size is my normal size. I didn't need to get a bigger size so that worked out well. They are comfortable to wear."
