Great bootie, finicky zipper

"Love these booties. I live in them everyday they're that comfortable. As others have mentioned, the fit is roomier, leaving room for thicker socks. The suede is very high quality and doesn't scuff easily. My one issue are the zippers. There are 4, which makes the issues quadrupled. The zippers are finicky, which is the only reason I gave the rating of 4 stars instead of 5. At this price point I don't expect a sticky zipper with a tag that falls off. When the tag falls off, it's almost impossible to pull the zipper up or down, which can be an issue as sometimes (not often) the zipper can slide down on its own. With no tag, that got very annoying, very quickly. That being said, the SF team was fantastic and when I asked for a new zipper to get it replaced on my own. They took the lead to send me a shipping label to have the shoes serviced by their cobbler. Yes, the zipper is annoying but the shoes are comfortable, have arch support, and the customer support is fantastic."

"These are really nice boots and the arch support is great, but the toe box is narrow. I bought them for work, but I think I’ll only wear them occasionally because the narrow toebox makes it hard for me to wear for long periods of time."

"This boot is the perfect addition to any outfit. It is comfortable and fashionable. My only issue is that it rubs or cuts into my calf a bit when I walk and I got a blister. Maybe it needs breaking in."

"I have those boots in brown espresso and I was so satisfied that I decided to buy another pair in olive green. Two years ago when I bought the brown pair, I was contemplating about the colour for a long time, and finally went for the brown pair. Now, 2 years later, I decided to go for another pair - the olive green one - and I did not regret for a second. Great, classy boots, very comfortable."

These Perfect Booties Are Just That!

"I don't know why it took me so long to purchase the Perfect Zip Bootie in the gorgeous Camel Crosta color. I have had this bootie in black for some time and every time I wear the black pair, I fall in love again. The Camel Crosta leather is so sublime and elegant! They go with so many colors, including black, white and cream. They are also comfortable to wear all day long. I truly love these booties!"

No ordinary brown suede boots!

"I actually just opened these. These are so beautiful, and a rich sumptuous espresso suede. They are sophisticated and elegant. Although I noted the recommendation to size down, I was reluctant to do so, and stuck with my tried and true 38. 5. It took a while for me to find my consistent size in Sarah Flint shoes, as I always thought I was a classic 38. Turns out, I was wrong! These are a bit roomy but allow me to wear different socks with them. The pair I received have a slight discoloration on the right boot shaft. I will contact customer support with a photo."
